My stay at Otaru Furukawa was quite enjoyable overall. The location was fantastic, right across from the scenic canal and close to shops. The room was cozy and clean, but I did notice some noise from the wind that crept in. Dining was a highlight with some tasty pastries, though the hotel breakfast could've been better.
